[Resolved] HDFC Bank — complaint against gps refund

I had a car loan from HDFC Bank mall road branch loan a/c no. 53259871 they installed a match point GPS device worth rs 15000 in my car. From day 1 the device is not working. I had talk with GPS company but they failed to solve the problem after that company and bank agreed to refund the amount but it is 3 month passed I haven't got any refund. Now even the contact person of bank Mr. Ashish kad not picking my phone

Updated by Hstinku Mr. Ashish Kad Not providing me the details its been 15 days passed but no reply fro him. Today I am Keep Calling Him but he is not replying. This is enough if any related officer fails to solve my problem till coming Monday the i will file a harassment and cheating case against HDFC Bank worth Rs. 10 Lacs.
