Seriously dont know is these complaint taken seriously or not,
but still trying, Myself Kavitha HDFC credit card customer operating an account since 14 years, there was due of 43, 000 and I was hospitalized due to sever health issue.
when I recovered from my health status on my mobile I knew there was due of credit card payment, they have pt all amount 56000 over all and freezes my account without even my notice. when I transferred 9000 to clear minimum due and asked them to clear negative balance so that I can transfer funds from other bank and make payment, customer care executive Miss Dipika on 4 o clock call from [protected] spoke very rudely u can check the recording as if its not banks money its her own insulted and gave negative feedback and threatened to clear all amount at once and then use account.
I am claiming being a prestigious customer with transaction of 10 to 12 lakhs is this respect given and handled customer only for 60, 000 so much disrespectful.
