It gives me immense disappointment that your customer care executive Mr.Deepak Shetty and his senior advisor Mr.Pratik Lade has been extremely rude and unprofessional towards helping me.
They were arrogant and non co-operative.
Mr.Deepak Shetty has a shift in his attitude.
He was polite till the time we bought the policy. Once the premium was paid, he started showing his true colours.
He had committed several call backs but never honoured the same.
His senior Mr.Zaverchand Joshi was been highlighted on this issue, but in vein.
Also, the most disappointing person was Mr.Pratik Lade, who claimed to be a senior advisor.
I would request you to kindly listen to the call recording and justify his arrogance.
Also, such kind of behaviour is unacceptable in a service industry which you belong to.
If this is the case within 20 hours of the payment, I doubt about the good service in future.
Hence, I regret being a part of your company and would wish to withdraw my application just because of the misbehaviour of Mr.Pratik Lade and Mr.Deepak Shetty.
Such kind of double faced and cheap employees are a face of your company.
If not answered within next 2 hours of the receipt of this email, I shall expose such people on social media and also will escalate the case to the GOI authorities with regards to harassment by your employees to me.
Highly disappointing.
