[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Complaint | |||
Sir, I am having the following complaint regarding my policy No.13698720. For the last few years the amount of Rs.3000/- monthly has been debited to my savings bank account through my bank SBI. Accordingly I used to keep sufficient funds in the account. All of a sudden without giving me sufficient notice if ask my banker to remit 35, 000/- yearly, it is not possible. This I informed to your representative when he visited my house to take the policy. Accordingly ECS has been given to you as well as my Bank. This has been doing for the last few years. Sir, I am a retired person from SBI. I will not be able to remit Rs.35, 000/- yearly. Hence if you want to continue as done earlier, I do not kind to remit the amount. Otherwise please credit the proceeds so far accumulated as per your terms and conditions to my SB account. This wind of action is not expected from your well established Organisations without informing to the customer. Hence the complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
