With due to respect that i am the partner of m/s, artee agency (Bus -
Stand) purulia

Our firm opened a current account in your bank last 4-5 months
Our current account no is [protected].

Last 4 months (Feb, mar, apr, may 2016) bank was credited heuse amount
In my account for bank charges (Cash transactions) rs.44256.81

The charge was abnormally credited by bank

So i requested to you that the bank charges credit by normal & diffrance
Amount transfer to my current account as early as possible

Dear Customer,

At the time of account opening Branch Manager ( BM ) and Personal Banker Authoriser ( PBA ) had described you the feature of Flexi current account in details and you had agreed to open this account .It was clearly informed you that you can deposit cash upto ten times of actual AMB maintain during a month without any cash deposit charges .
After the account opening, viewing your transaction, BM and PBA had informed you several times to maintain sufficient balance to avoid cash deposit charges and also inform you that we will not reverse any cash deposit charges if you continue this type of transaction .
This is to inform you that we are not able to reverse cash deposit charges which ware debited as per product features which were already shared with you through our program brochure and also personally by us. We wish to state that BM and PBA had informed you to maintain sufficient balance to avoid cash deposit charges .
