[Resolved] HDFC Bank — complaint on two wheeler loan taken 10 years back | |||
Hi, This pertains to a two wheeler loan taken a decade back. Loan no. 11128290. We had changed house and acct numb however the collection agent mentioned ed that he will be collecting money manually every month. Installments were paid manually and as hdfc is famous for not sending noc we have nothing. After such a long time, now i've been told that i have charges worth 70k when the ecs shud have been stopped when payments were done manually. Secondly they claim tht only 22 installments were cleared. My question is when a collection guy was collecting money every month n the same is recorded, why did he collect only for 22 months? Doesn't this obviously say tht someone has done something incorrect. Hdfc should not be a part of indian banking system. These guys dont give any respect to customers nor provide proper training or have the right procedure. They just end up no thing money from people who are normal people with a salary and who intent to make sure tht no debts are under their name.
