HDFC Bank — complaint ref: personal loan # 29269551 | |||
Hi, I hold a personal loan #29269551 with hdfc bank. Last month i have received a call from the bank stating due to some technical issues at the bank end the ecs payment for the customers have not happened and i am one of them. I was asked to make the manual payment which i did through an online payment transaction ref no. Pici[protected] on[protected]. As instructed i communicated the trans. Ref no to the collection team as they called. Post the payment i have still got the money deducted through ecs from my account on[protected]. I made the call to your loan customer care and they informed me the money will be refunded. Now, your collection team even after making payments made calls to my father that the emi payment has not happened for this loan account which i really got offended about and expressed to your customer care. They informed that the collection team cannot be reached through them and apologised for the inconveniences. The advisor told me that next month if the ecs fails we will give reach out to you to submit the form. Which i have to go to your indiranagar branch and submit. To my surprise i have not visited any branch of yours when i signed up for the loan but now as i am your customer already i have to visit your branch. This is how you treat your existing customers and again the bank which claims to using robotics eva for addressing customer issues do not have the digital form submission facility. Fine. On above of this the refund that i have got you guys have deducted rs. 92 for late payment. I mean how come i am being penalized for late payment when the issues is at your end. How can you deduct this amount. This month again the amount has not been deducted through ecs and i haven't got a call or email from your end. Though i have got an sms stating that the ecs will be again tried on 23 this month. On the other hand your collection team again calls up my father stating the emi payment default. What the hell! All issues at your end and you are clearly harrassing the customer. How come your collection teams make such calls? Clearly none of your team's is in sync and you are just acting blindly. On calling your customer care there is no contact number through which i can raise a complain. I have to write an email and wait for hdfc to call me back if ever they choose to.
