[Resolved] HDFC Bank — complaint regarding credit card | |||
Reference credit card no [protected], your letter dated 26/04/19 Sir, As per your letter dated cited above you are directed to remit an amount rs 3853.67 in connection with my credit card.in this connection i may inform that i have never used the said credit card for even a single purchase and also i have not activated the said card yet. I am not interested in using credit card, but your representative compelled me to take the card and also he informed me that there no additional charge for the use of this card except on the purchase using this card. I have already submitted the cancellation form of credit card in hdfc, kottayam collectrate branch before two months and again filed the same on 18.5.2019 on same branch. In the above circumstances i humbly request to avoid my credit charges and take necessary steps to issue a cancellation certificate as early as possible. From, Kuriakose. P. C.
