HDFC Bank — Complaint Regarding Unjust Deduction of AMB Charges

On 12th September I noticed that an amount of ₹ was deducted from my account under the pretext of AMB charges. I believe this deduction is too much as I was not warned about the charges and also I wasn't informed about the deductions.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide clarification regarding the deduction. If it was deducted in error, I urge you to refund the amount at the earliest. Please also ensure that no such charges are levied in the future without proper communication or basis.
