[Resolved] HDFC Bank — concerning credit card statement | |||||
I have submitted a request for credit card statement to be received physically but the customer care people are not following up properly. They have earlier told me that they have raised the request and i will receive the statement but after a few days when i call again to check the status, i m told that the request has been rejected. Since i had already mentioned that i can not access the e-mail id i have registered with for the credit card and demanded a physical statement, i m told to change the registered email id which takes 7-10 working days. I have already waited for a week now and need the statement on urgent basis. This is a really pathetic customer care service i am dealing with. Sending a statement is just a simple thing, these people can't even process this much for the customer. I really wonder what sort of service they are offering to their customers. Extremely disappointed!! Also, these people should atleast provide the access to the statement on their website so that the customer can view the details from there.
