[Resolved] HDFC Bank — consumer durable loan

I have never purchased a consumer durable product. However, since from the month of feb 2018 an emi of 1553/- is been deducted from my account number [protected] for loan number 8449. I have raised a complaint several times at the thane lotus park loans department but however, they are not much help. I find this a fraudulent activity as no one seems to answer my query from last so many months.

Even after complaining so many times all i have heard from them is we are investigating, re:'hbl=[protected]' nch complaint:- 858998.

Updated by abhijit chandgadkar No solution yet. All I'm kept being told is, we are investigating that too only when I ask. Other wise they keep deducting the EMI.
