HDFC Bank — consumer durable loan

I m consumer durable customer of your bank i m having emi of rs 2778 monthly basis from november 2018, suddenly i got an message on 31st march, 2019 from your bank, new grettings to from hdfc bank emi of rs 1799.54 on consumer durable lilfe style product and falls due on 05/04/2019. As i have not taken any new loan from your bank, this is a fraud transaction happened please rectify this matter and resolve it as your customer care number is always busy nor i m getting any help regarding this matter please resolve it as fast as possible nor i have to take any legal step against it.
