HDFC Bank — consumer loan closure issue

Hi Team,

I have purchase iPhone X 256GB from Reliance Retail Limited by HDFC paper loan(Consumer Durable Loan ) for 9 EMI offer of 12000/- Rs cashback value 1 lakh from month EMI amount 11845 EMI was debited every month without any due .

HDFC Finance amount :- 99000.00 for 9 month EMI (11845/-/ per month)

The below mail i received from bank team it will adjusted but my EMI amount is 11845/-rs and now iam getting mail and SMS as i need mark remaining amount of 242.47/-RS balance to close the loan account how ?

Bank is cheating me they need to pay me balance from the cash back of 12000/- rs ..

i need log a complaints on this from bank iam not getting any support to close this loan get the NOC for the same ..

I visited hdfc bank indranagar branch loan department discussed with Gopi manager he also not helpful to close the issue why I need to make payment of 242 additional from bank I need get the amount of 155

Still i am reminder on my due payment and they have closed as Pre-closed without any confirmation from my end .
and now due to back HDFC bank issue i am facing lot issue no one try to solve my still due to this i lost my CREDIT SCORE.. bank is raising the penalty month on month 242 /- rs for same ..

What bank team doing after i made payment of 242 /-rs to solve this still not getting completed .. now new SMS receiving from PAYZapp for EMI amount 11845/- rs started ...
