Getting almost five calls a day from random mobile numbers and my RM lead is saying that they can't do anything for mobile numbers as those people are not the employee of HDFC bank. But when we ask they say that they are the employee of HDFC bank and can provide all types of loan.
I have raised a complain in April 2024 and no resolution is taken by Mr. Ritesh Waghmare (ritesh.[protected]@hdfcbank.com). Not only calls, received 15-16 emails in last 5 months from different employees of HDFC bank who sits in the branch. Why my RM as well as her leader Mr. Ritesh is sharing personal contact details with everyone in HDFC bank. Why our personal and financial details are not confidential, who gave them right to share such information. Was this information helpful? |
