[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card activation

Im p s pawar, having account in hdfc bank, pimpri.
My credit card no is 4893 xxxx xxxx 8556
I lost my old sim, i had updated my new phone nos in my saving account.
Request for linking new number with credit card has been given 3 times in last 14 months, to mr rupesh who is handling credit card dept.
But till now no positive feedback.
My credit card was reissued on 06/16 till now it is unutilized.
Shall i return the card please suggest
