HDFC Bank — Credit card All miles support

I am user of HDFC credit card from 2004. I have complaint with HDFC Bank All miles service provided for which I have suffered a loss of 17000 RS.

I had converted my Reward 56000 point to allmiles Voucher . I booked two ticket on 11th JAN via your HDFCBANKALLMILES web site the transaction went thru and money debited via my all miles credit card for 4899 RS and 21200 odd figure Rs. I got email stating my first booking using my Voucher is on hold and second booking was successful which is for my wife who is temporary handicap and walking on crutches. I contacted all miles support immediately and was advised confirmation will come soon. the ate i booked was vsry imp to me as i need to be there on 13th FEB

On 12th JAN I received email that my first booking was failure so again called up and assured it would be taken care by Ms Suman and booking will be reinstated. Al false assurance. I have recording for the same as proof

On 13th JAN . Called Phone support first could not get thru as al line were busy. Call up Mumbai Credit card support and vented ny frustration who contacted all miles support and got a call back from them stating they are still checking with concern team and revert back. Day wasted with no reply

On 14th Jan. Same story to get thru the Phone support. we could get any one for three hours finally. I got deepak from Phone support he said he is checking and all his manager were in meeting so no reply on Saturday. One more day wasted.

On 15th Jan: Phone support is closed and no reply

The best part of the story has to come.

On 16th Jan. I started calling from 9:01 am the phone support but all line were busy till 12 pm I was trying. I called again Mumbai credit card support and they help me for a call back from Banglaore office I Presume where the All miles credit card support is located. Firstly MR Deepak called and assured he will revert back after checking.

Then I get call from Mr Abhishek so called manager of Deepak. he was very polite and only kept telling me sorry for the inconvenience caused all the time. he had the guts finally to tell me thet HDFC cannot reinsate the ticket which had failed and reason was due to price diffference it did not go thru. I asked him one question if my first booking done was failure why did the second booking sucessful by paying 21000 odd figure go thru. Also ask for compensation which he clearly slapped on my face with the word NO. Nothing can be done.

The new ticket rate had gone up from 19200 to 24800 RS. I trusted all miles and did the booking which fee was my biggest mistake. I asked to cancelled my wife ticket at no addtional cost as my wife cannot travel alone being handicap and no ticket was available on the same flight at economical cost. To my suprise Mr Abhishek so called manager advised me that I should contact Jet air way directly to cancel the ticket and get the cancellation charges from Jetairway. He could advise me All miles credit card cancellation charges will be 250 Rs. I asked him three time more, and advised him being my service provider for the booking doneyou should be calling jetairways. He flatly refused and asked me to contact Jetairway and provided me their toll free #.

the Joke of the days is I called jet airways, they flatly refuse to help me and asked that All miles service provider has to call for cancellelation of ticket. again the same drill call All miles customer care which is pain. We were able tgte thru and Deepak who helped to cancel the ticket at cost of 5000 RS. Again ticket money will be credite back after 20 days hahahahahahhaha and my reward point back in credit card in 5 days hahaahahaha. I have the records for the conversation with all your excecutive and will uploaded on consure forum.

From 12th JAN till 16th JAN only assurance was given and no resolution. Your[protected] Customer service phone service suck for three to 4 hours you are unable to get any one on the phone. Just hold and recorded message comes. I have wasted 5 days to get an answer for failure which was so simple to say that HDFC All miles cannot help you.

This has cost me re booked my ticket at additional cost of 12000 Rs and 5000 cancellation charges. Pls give applause to the all miles customer support team and Manager Mr Abhishek. Also Increment of double salary should be given to them for providing timely resolution to customers. I ashamed to hold all Miles credit card of HDFC and will never use your service again.

IF you have the courtesy pls compensate me my Cancellation charges and loss suffered re booking the ticket.
