[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card amount outstanding | |||||
I have got my credit card last year, after that i purchased for 27000. I paid the full amount the next month before the due date. My payment was complete. Between i have initiated the health insurance for one year. After a few months they activated ergo life policy without my knowledge. This is where i had a doubt on them, i wanted to call them to cancel my previous policy since they said that the amount can't be refundable. I have stopped paying health insurance amount. They have also deactivated the ergo policy after that. But they can't deactivate the health insurance since the due date is over for the cancelation. Every month i'm receiving legal notice and calls regarding payment pending: total amount till now is 18000 rupees. The agent who came to our home is stating that i haven't done my payment for the purchasing i haven't done. My credit score is very low because of this Was this information helpful? | |||||
