[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card application | |||
I had applied for credit card in hdfc bank ambala cantt nicholson road branch. There i met shivam sablok who was very hospitable at the time of application but has been rude after that. First of all i told him the address i would be available at despite that he put another address giving logic of commutable distance. Ambala and haridwar are almost equally far from noida but he entered my haridwar address despite my disapproval for verification. When i called him to resolve my case he told he can't do anything and do whatever you want. He told that call whomever and gave his senior's number. After that i wrote a mail to hdfc to sort my case and as suggested by them i submitted my declaration form to lakshay makhija in same branch who oversees credit card. It has been 9 days but i haven't received one response. When i asked lakshay he told to call shivam on 28th sep. When i called him he said i don't know and why are you bothering me. Despite his rude behavior on earlier two instances i didn't report but now he is using his position to restrict my application by inaction. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||
