[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card application declined without any reason | |||
My credit card application declined without any reason and there was no notification regarding this either to my mails or my phone number. I am highly disappointed with the services provided by hdfc bank. Also there is no specific number to contact related to credit card queries. My application no is : 19g[protected]o2. After completing all the necessary documentation, my card is declined without any valid reason and the person who took my details is not picking up my calls.
