Dear sir, I have applied for an hdfc credit card in last month and the phone & physical verification has been done already. But today, when i was checking my credit card status in your website portal i got status of disapproval due to your office was not able to contact me by details provided by me. As all the phone & physical verification has been done earlier was within the contacts detail provided by me. Please check & solve the matter.
