My name is Navajeeth and i had recently applied for a hdfc credit card and was provided with an application number [protected]S2. When I check the status of the card it is disapproved. I called hdfc customer service and they told me that I had hdfc card in the past its paid in full but the card is in active status. I asked them to activate the card so that I can use it and they said it's not an option. my question is when the card is paid in full and you have blocked the cArd from your end and cannot re activate from your end then why my cc application is rejected. It has 0 bad as of now andand i do not want to re apply as it hurts my cibil again. It is not my mistake. I request you to have my application re reviewed.
