HDFC Bank — Credit Card approved they rejected after 4 days.

I got call from HDFC Bank Credit Card Department for Credit Card approval. I said yes and completed all the procedures as asked like submitted documents. Then I got Application Tracking Reference number 23A[protected]N1. For the first 2 days it show 'in process' after 2 days 'credit card approved'.
Then I got mail on 21.0.2023 from HDFC stated that "We are glad to inform you that we have reviewed and processed your application (reference no. 23A[protected]N1) towards the HDFC Bank Millennia Credit Card instead of the card for which you opted."
Then I receive another mail on 23.01.2023 "This is with reference to your e-mail dated January 22, 2023 regarding status of application reference number 23A[protected]N1.
We wish to inform that Bank shall consider all the credit card application in line with the bank's internal credit policy (which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). During such routine verification process, we note that your application did not meet the internal credit policy / guidelines of the bank and hence, the credit card which was despatched to your mailing address and was immediately blocked from further usage. Having said this, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. We request you to apply for new credit card after 6 months.
Kindly note the query reference number for this e-mail : 55389048."

Another email on same day stated that "Subject: Your HDFC Bank Credit Card number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Thank you for your interest shown on HDFC Bank Credit Card. We regret to inform you that the above mentioned credit card has been blocked for usage as we've found some discrepancies in your documentation post processing The mailing address on your application doesn't match with your HDFC Bank records/Proofs attached. To review further, we will require you to provide us with a self-attested copy of your mailing address proof documents
Here is the list of valid documents for address proof
Valid Driving License (ensure it's not expired)
Valid Passport (ensure it's not expired)
Election/Voters ID
Aadhar card with Aadhar consent letter (Aadhar number need to be Masked)
NREGA Card
Letter issued by the National Population Register containing your Name & Address
Please respond within 45 days from the date of this letter to take up your application further for processing. Documents as mentioned above shall be forwarded to the below address:
HDFC Bank Cards Division, P.O.Box-8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O, Chennai : 600041.
Alternatively, you could drop the same into any of the credit card drop box at your nearest HDFC Bank branch, addressed to The Manager, HDFC Bank Card Division.

We would be grateful if this letter receives your immediate attention as we would be able to take up further processing of your application only upon your confirmation on the above.
Then I replied that "I have permanent address on my Aadhaar Card. May I send it to you? I live in the rented flat on the above mentioned address, so I don’t have any address proof for the same." But the same reply "We wish to inform that Bank shall consider all the credit card application in line with the bank's internal credit policy (which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). During such routine verification process, we note that your application did not meet the internal credit policy / guidelines of the bank and hence, the credit card which was despatched to your mailing address and was immediately blocked from further usage. Now on 24.01.2023 I receive call from HDFC Bank TeleAssist asking for whether my Credit Card received on my address or not. I told him the above issue. Then he replied that he will check and call me again.
Still waiting for the reply. I don't understand why HDFC do these type of things if they don't want to accept the approval then why they call us?
I have 5 bank's CC but no issue like this till now.

Got last four digits of the Card number but it shows ‘Card is disabled.’
