My credit card is in active status still it is not working, I visited the branch and no proper response and i am not able connect the call to customer care also i have informed about this issue when i got a call from HDFC Bank no one responded for that also i have written an email i have got a confirmation email saying that with in 4 working days they will reach out to me but i have not received any email or a phone call regarding this. I am getting deduction of 115 Rs under "ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 031216" category. As i am having salary account, acc number [protected]. Wanted to know, why you charge me for the same.
