[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit Card | |||
I have been trying to resolve my issue personally by sending chain of emails to HDFC to convert my outstanding into EMI but they are not agreeing even after explaining my financial difficulties and multiple death in my family. I have requested and literally begged but since last year they are adamant to understand my financial situation and keep on replying sorry. Instead of coming up with any solution. They have asked me to take a personal loan to pay an outstanding of my credit card. I have submitted many complaints but none of them has been sorted. I hope you will help me.
