Hi, This complain is regarding my credit card. As per the credit card dept my email address was not updated in the bank that was the only reason I never received a bill. My card limit was 25, 000. Every month the collection dept used to call me to pay my bill including the late payment charges. I had Called them number of time to update my email address. I never understood why were they treated me in such a way. In the month of feb I had a word with one of the agents and I asked her to send the executive to my place where I gave him 12, 000 cash. He gave me a slip and then there was a conformation call that came regarding that I had paid the bill. The entire month of feb no calls came from the bank. Then suddenly I get a call from collection dept in the month of march stating that my credit card bill had amount to 32, 000 though I have paid previously some amount near about 4000. The previous payment was not received by the bank. I am really worried. I am not going to pay any amount until and unless I get justice. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
