[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card | |||||
I am having a HDFC credit card ending with 4522 recently there executive wrongly updated my email in the system and they have generated the bill and they did not send me a reminder also on my Mobile and started putting financial charges and when I ask first they told that they have taken up a request for reversing and after two days I got a message they are unable to reverse them. I am having the proof that I have not filled the application I want to complaint against the bank to banking ombudsman regarding wrongly mentioning my email Id in their records.
