Dont go for hdfc credit card Dear hdfc bank the way you treating your customers is not good! When we are applying for credit card, hdfc executive told us that it will take 15-20days for credit card procedure but it's been 43days applied on july 21, today september 1, still we did not received credit card, daily iam requesting to hdfc facebook book, mail, here everywhere even called to customer grivellence service zero updates, it's completed processing, it's despatch still you hold it with you! I am calling to customer care in the behalf of my mother she don't know how to speak, calling from my registered mobile number only! I hope you ppl despatch it as soon as possible I left all hopes on credit card! I won't complaint next time! Hope it's reach soon, Was this information helpful? | |
