[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |
I had applied for a credit card in hdfc bank and i received it 5 days back. My name was misspelt on the card. I tried to contact hdfc bank regarding it. But no help from their end. I tried calling their toll free nos. Its always busy. One person picked up the phone once. And she transferred it another person who in turn to another who finally didn't receive my call. I have tried around 7-8 numbers listed in their website till now. No response from any number. I even visited the bank. They even gave me a number. No response from it. I registered a complaint on their website too. No reply from their side. My complaint no is 'hbl=[protected]' Was this information helpful? | |
