[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
I have applied for bharath cashback credit card, however on call confirmation call an executive named priya insisted on getting platinum times card and behaved to rudely. I refused and contacted the customer care. There is no response from them till now and i've got a message stating the card will reach me in 3 days. No response from customer care.
