When i opened account in hdfc i was told about the credit card and was told that it can be used in domestic airport lounges 8 times a year and if your wife is with u it will be counted as 2 times if 2 using etc now they say rule changed wife will be charged for using lounges too bad these changes they don't say when we join am planning to cancel the credit card and account Was this information helpful? | |

Will assist you better. -Manoj HDFC Bank Customer Assistance Verified Support Dec 21, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We infer from your e-mail that you have accessed the lounge using your priority pass. Hence, applicable charges has been billed to your credit card account. We wish to inform you that effective May 25, 2017, there is a revision in the lounge access program on your Regalia First card. All domestic lounge visits using Priority Pass shall be charged as applicable. Further, the changes in the priority pass programme were intimated and communications were sent through the below modes. The same is not in isolation to your card account but is followed as a standard procedure across all card accounts. Website of HDFC Bank, SMS communication was triggered in the month of March 2017, E-mail communication was sent in the month of May 2017 and via June and July 2017 statements. Please visit our website for further details. Based on your request, we have reversed the Priority Pass lounge fee of Rs. 3585.60 billed in your December 2017 statement. The corresponding GST remains payable by you. This credit will reflect in your next monthly statement.
