[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
My name is sanjeev dudeja cell no. [protected], having credit card ending with last 4 digits 2938. Just checked 2 messages in my sms box as below: Rs.22228.42 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 2938 on[protected]:22:44:47 at fht*hradez. Avl bal - rs.50417.92, curr o/s - rs.118582.08 & Rs.4445.75 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 2938 on[protected]:23:04:04 at fht*hradez. Avl bal - rs.45972.17, curr o/s - rs.123027.83 Both transactions not being done by me. Although when 1st transaction was done i do receive a call from customer care which i didn't receive due to my cell on silent mode. I have tried to complaint on customer care but not able to do so. Please try to resolve my issue & get my money back credited to my credit card account & oblige me. Awaiting call from your side regarding this serious issue. Regards Sanjeev dudeja Cell no.
