[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card

Dear sir/ma'am,

This is bring to your kind notice that i am customer of hdfc bank since 2013, and i was using hdfc credit card too, but in the month of jan-18 my credit card got expired and in this regards i went to hdfc handwara branch (J & k), and meet one of your employee mr. M ashrif and he has not only misguided me, but spoke to me in a rebush - local language, i didn't understood if one bank employee will behavior like this with a customer then where customers will go. I am requesting you to kindly teach him how to talk and how to behavior with a customer.
