[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card

Hi, i recently applied for credit card with hdfc, after a week of documents submission i had received 16 digit reference number (18f[protected]s1) through a sms asking me to send passcode to a number and i send. There is no notification whether my consent accepted and application processed. No communication and no channels to check the status. The official status tracking site shows no record found message. Tried phone banking, email, website, all channels redirect to website, website shows no record found.
Is there any other option for me to track?

We are unable to trace your application records with the details provided in your post, Having said this, we request you to provide the following details to [protected]@hdfcbank.com to enable us to do the needful. 1. Name as mentioned on the application form, 2.Date on which the application was submitted, 3.Place where the application was submitted, 4.Your latest contact numbers, 5.Your complete residence address along with city and pincode, 6.Name of the executive who has collected the application, 7.Contact details of the executive, 8. Your email address, 9. Correct 16 digit Application Reference Number.
