[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
I had received a call to apply for credit card. Provided all details as per process. Did not receive the credit card so called the third party vendor to enquire. Third party vendor called back and had his colleague "nerul" on conference. It is unfortunate the way nerul spoke to me and how unprofessional his conduct was. Called nerul again to enquire about his company and i was told "that please go ahead and complaint, i have recorded our entire conversation." It is saddening that an organization as big as hdfc is dealing with such lowly vendors who are not even trained to speak to their customers with proper mannerisms. Requesting hdfc to look into this. HDFC bank is the worst bank. I do not advise anyone to get associated with such an unprofessional bank. Even people sitting at the manager level do not have any professional ethics.
