[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
I am cc holder since last 4-5 years, and recenty paid my oustanding of rs 1, 53, 329, however after clearing my outstanding still i have got the boll for rs 1420. How is it possible. I requested them to waive off the charges and after paying off 153329 they can not even waive off 1420... Such a great service. Amd now for rs 1420, i am getting calls wherein my limit is 2, 53000. I have a issue with your bank and I don't get any positive solution for my complaint. I already paid settlement amount of rs.35500. But I can't get any No dues letter and bank show outstanding amount. I'm not be able to do payment right now. So please request to you solve it.
