[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
Dear hdfc team I got to know from customer support no. That my card has been pre closed because i have used card on some banned website which i don't know of and neither i got any text, call or email for the same, and all my emi's are preclosed and i have to pay in one go which is not possible for me because i have a limited source income, and i cannot pay in one go and by chance if i have used card on banned website i must have been warned i have been with hdfc from past 2 years and none of my payments are missed any time in this period, i have no intention to keep your money and i want to repay but this will not be possible for me and let me know one more thing before closing my card permanently why have, nt you let me know about that banned transaction.
