Actually i was applied for credit card around 22days ago. All the verification has been done like on call and physical verification.
Credit card status is showing in process. But how i can check physical credit card status.

Please help me out and i stucked even i call to bank but no respond

Name as mentioned on the application form, 2.Date on which the application was submitted, 3.Place where the application was submitted, 4.Your latest contact numbers, 5.Your complete residence address along with city and pincode, 6.Name of the executive who has collected the application, 7.Contact details of the executive, 8. Your email address, 9.16 digit Application Reference Number.
