I have received a credid card from hdfc bank when i opened my salary account i actually never wanted a credit card but they still sent me one and i am getting charged almost 500 rs per month without even using it a single time please take back that credit card i am not going to pay further bills because i havent used it a single time card no [protected] contact no [protected] i have sent a picture of it still attached to that page close that credit card or my bank account insted i will be happy

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We wish to clarify that your Freedom Credit Card has been issued as a priced card and in view of the same, first year membership fee of Rs.500 plus gst was billed to your Aug'18 statement. Further, to be eligible for renewal fee waiver, you are required to meet a spend threshold of Rs.60000.00 within a year. Updated by tshinde420 First of all i dont want credit card and if it is the membership card then why you are charging 450rs for not paying on time that is membership charge i didnt borrowed any money from you that i have to pay charge for that ok i have paid that membership 590 rs and i am not paying anything else plz send me the closure form i dont want that credit card and shut down that auto deductin from my debit card please
