[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
I had been charged a huge finance charge on my credit card statement which i was not aware of, as the bank had never sent me the credit card statement by post. On enquiry, i was informed that the statement was delivered to a third party and his signature was wrongly taken and my credit card statements were wrongly given to him, i have proof of this as sent by the bank. I complained about this to the bank, including giving my confidential information to a third party and also charging me interest without any fault of mine.
