[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card

I applied for credit card on 8 feb 2019 but still the status is showing no record found. And i already got the application number. Why it's happening? Please guide me on my e-mail My application number is [protected], and also officer from hdfc visited to our residential address at khandwa, and he is also not picking my phone to guide me and to solve my problem. Date on which the application was submitted 3. Name of the executive who has collected the application 4. Contact details of the executive 5. 16 digit Application reference number 6. I simply got information that my credit card was returned. I did not get any calls for the delivery either. I have been trying to call customer care but all i get is a computer generated response. Hdfc customer care has worsened so much.
