[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — credit card

I purchased a bike on loan from hdfc bank. Later i received a credit card with limit of 10000 thousand for which i have never applied. I never used it even i never create any pin no for this card. Bank started me sending bill. Now they are harassing me to pay the bill. I contacted bank branch and they told me to call customer care. Calling customer care gives no result.
