[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
I Nirmal Puri, holding credit card 5459 xxxx xxxx 9569 . I had received an upgraded credit card few months back, although I'm not able to reset my credit card pin . The otp received by me got expired, post that I've tried contacting the customer care for pin generation . The phone no registered with the bank is [protected]. This no is registered for one more family card . The pin generation is failing because of that . I also gave a request for change of no and address . The address got updated but the number has not changed . Due to this I'm not able to receive my otp . The customer care has been of no help in resolving my issue . I've been using Hdfc credit cards for a very long time but to my surprise this is the first time I've experienced such an issue . I request the Hdfc credit cards team to resolve my issue at the earliest . Was this information helpful? | |||
