[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card | |||
I am highly disapppointed with the service of HDFC Bank. I had a credit card already and my relationship manager told me that as you are preferred customer, you are eligible for upgradation of credit card. Then the bank executive told me that you have to also sign on the documents of closure of your credit card and then only upgradation is possible. But now in the end they are telling me that we cant process your upgradation and my credit card also got closed. So if they were not sure about upgradation of credit card, then at the first place they shouldnt have told me. I would have not processed any applciation. Was this information helpful? | |||
