Sir i have prob in credit card payment in feb payment due on march 9 th but i allredy sumbit my reqest in call centre i have some prob in my family member are death on 3th march and my payment due in 9 th march i have not saficent payment to give you for full payment after then i will pay yours bill payment minimum after then you people surchage in late payment in this statement i am yours 5 years old customer without any delay payment from my side. But in this time i am out of station so thats why i give you only min payment for my bill after i tell you my prob do consider my first request and give back me my late and intrest amount give me back.

In the event of non receipt of payment, delayed payment or payment less than the total minimum amount due the applicable late payment charges/finance charges would be levied to the card account. We wish to inform you that, payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable was levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.
