I have to submit the request for credit card cancellation but still, no action has been taken from your side.

I am already clear my outstanding payments/emis and submit credit card cancellation letter to nearest hdfc bank & also send the letter of credit card cancellation by courier but no action has been taken from your side.

Please take some action on it.
