i was sending form for cancel my HDFC Credit card on dt.26/02/2019 which are attached herewith but till date credit card not cancel or not deactive from hdfc back side..

also give credit card cancellation request to hdfc credit card executive on phone banking with ref. no:[protected].

but till date not cancel or de-active my hdfc credit card.

credit card last digit: 7968

Pl. do needful in urgently...

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

As per our records, your credit card ending 7968 has been canceled with effect from 01/03/2019 and reflects nil dues payable.

Tnxs for your support but till date my HDFC Credit card is active .. i was checked online today and view that credit card is active...so do needful for the same..
