[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card charges | |||||
Hi I have been issued a cc which is been upgraded to ragellia and it had been told by my rm and the person accompanied that it is free of cost card, but strangely after an year i got a bill of 2875 on my card and when i called hdfc phone banking they reply that you are telling wrong it is a chargeable card... I talked to my rm and he assured that the things will be reversed and i also put a mail to show my kyc so that i can get a conformation but no reply on the same and the mail is still pending... Today i saw my statement and got shocked seeing late fee also levied on my card???... This is the height of stupidity and a total fraud by such a so called great bank???
