[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card charges | |||
Bank did not sent me credit card bill and charged me for late payment and financing. The soon i received an sms of due... Called csr and file a complaint with #[protected] on 17th-july and denied by dept on 19-july. Hence paid the amount genuinely payable other then charges applied by bank generated by their own mistake. Which are as below 500.00 for late payment 050.00 igst on late payment 408.73 for billed finance charges - retail Now cancel the above charges. The soon i have confirmed payable charges over the phone, immediately paid all the outstanding immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
