[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card charges | |
I have done my outstanding payment late by 3 days and for the same bank has charged a late fees and at the same time after a week they have charged finance fees twice in a row. Without any prior information how can they charges to the customer? Really disappointed with the services. Looking for the charges waive off which are there in my nov. Month bill.
