HDFC Bank — credit card charges

Dear sir/madam

My credit card number is [protected] and debited abnormal charges (Annual fee) on my account, therefore when card given me then banker say this is total free, but bank debited 1000/- for annual fee, this is wrong.
I have complain with consumer complaint portal, complaint number is 1740059 dtd 16 nov 2019.

Pl resolve my issue with seven days.
